Tomorrow I start work as a production editorial assistant at a major publishing company. The job gives me the opportunity to start building a career (finally!) and provides Sean and me with excellent health insurance (again, finally!), so I’m thrilled.
Working full-time rather than in the fits and starts of a freelancer/temp, I might not be able to meet my goal of posting here three times a week. On the other hand, I’ll have more disposable income, allowing me to take better advantage of what New York has to offer, so I might start posting more often.
I’m aiming for the latter scenario. Much Review About Nothing has given me too much pleasure to give up. And if any of you, out there in the ether, derive any pleasure from my humble site, all the better. Thank you for reading. I have every intention of continuing to write.
